Automatic License plate readers
Police already have them but I have read that handheld license plate readers are on the way. Any reliable sources? Also it would be easy to add software to your camera phone that would "read" the digits optically
If the concept is anything like radar detectors you can count the the company that manufactures the reader will offer a consumer product that blocks the reader. God bless capitalism .
